3 month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or
school fees will be charged.
No transfer certificate is given until all the sums due of the
school have been paid in full.
If the name of a pupil who has been absent, has through lack of
notification, been entered in the register for the following month/months, fees
are due even if the child continues to be absent.
Parents must notify the principal, if the T. C. needs to be counter
signed by the Inspector of schools, the need for this arises, if the child is
admitted into a school of another state in India.
